Personality: He is a generally kind individual, clinging to as much humanity as he can. Never forming any strong bonds with Vampire clans or associations, he does have a network of friends and allies, though nothing official. Mostly he is a loner in these matters, preferring to follow his own path, rather than that dictated by Vampire doctrine. To help facilitate this he avoids drawing attention to himself, or causing trouble, within the Vampire community. He has a loyal human assistant, that aids him in his legitimate endeavors. Together they run a small private investigation business. He is a little depressed, but can be talked out of it and, when moved, could perform great acts of help and kindness.
Background: Turned at the age of 30, that is how old he still appears. Then entirety of the 20th Century was spent as a vampire, now partway into the 21st. It wasn’t his ambition to live forever, it just ended up that way. Circumstances had been out of his control. Since then he has made the best of it, trying to retain a close link to a normal human existence. For the past 20 years he has been a Private Investigator, using a loyal human friend who help run the business - daytime meetings, etc.
Powers:
Auspex: Heightened senses.
Gift: Spirit’s Touch - can learn past information about an object, and people associated with it, by touching it.
Obfuscate: Face and voice show no signs of a lie.
Gift: Unseen Presence - with effort will be ignored by others completely, they will not have any memory of you either. This works as long as you perform no violent actions, nor draw attention to yourself by dropping a glass, or something similar.
Fortitude: Very tough - normal blows/damage can be ignored.
Gift: Vulcanized Skin - Blunt trauma does almost no damage. This includes powerful punches (from vampires with Potence), being hit by a vehicle, large falls, blunt weapons like pipes and bats.
